Subject:  Upcoming  Price  Adjustment
Dear our valued customers

Please  be  advised  that  Desert  Air has made  some  price  adjustment  effective  April 1,!th,2022  for service listed below:

• ln-town  $ 129 Residential  Diasnostic  Fee, Desert  Air will charge the  flat rate of  $ 129 diasnostic fee  for all the service  calls located  within  Reno/Sparks/Sun  Vallev  area.  Our technician  will diagnose  and will give an  estimate  of the repair needed  and we will  bill the  repair cost  in addition  to diagnostic  fee.  We  will honor the  estimate  price for  up  to 5 business  days.
• Out of town $ 169 Residential  Diaenostic  Fee, Desert  Air  will charge the  flat rate  of $ 169  diagnostic  fee  for all the service calls located  outside  Reno,  Sparks,  Sun Vallev  area. Our technician  will diagnose and will give  an estimate  of the repair  needed  and we will  bill the  repair cost  in addition  to diagnostic  fee.  We  will  honor  the estimate  price for  up to 5 business  days.
• $ 129 Residential  A/C 20 points Tune  up and  lnspection:  Desert  Air  will  perform  a 20 points inspection for each A/C  unit @  $ 129 per unit. We  will change filter,  check operation  and  if we find any  repair  needed,  we will give  an  estimate  and we will  bill  the repair cost  in addition  to the inspection fee.  We  will honor the  estimate  price for  up  to 5 business  days.
• For Sale  lnspection  Fee;  Desert  Air  will  perform HVAC  for Sale inspection for the price of  $ 150 per appliance  (Gas  Furnace,  A/Cl  For  Boiler, Radiant  Heat,  Oil  furnace  is $ 225  per appliance.
• Attic/ Crawl Space  Fee: $ 50  will  be add on to the inspection  performed  in the  crawl space  or attic.
• Escrow Fee: $ 50  will be  added  to invoice  that we bill  through Escrow.
• Due  to the low availability  on materials, supplies,  refrigerant.  Please  be  aware  of the potential materials price increase  and the longer lead time for equipment.
